The Lighting Industry Federation (LIF) and LUX Magazine have teamed-up to develop and launch a new and exciting lighting industry event: LuxLive, which will be taking place for the first time on 9 & 10 November at Earls Court in London.

The Ecolight conference is an educational event on low-carbon lighting, specially targeted and aimed at end users, energy managers, facility managers and consultants. It will have relevance for all applications whether in the private or public sector; indoor or outdoor; industrial or commercial. It will feature an in-depth look at exemplar projects where best practice has led to significant energy savings as well as energy clinics where visitors can get authoritative free advice from experts.

The LUX and EcoLight awards 2011. These prestigious new awards willl be presented at a glittering ceremony on the 9 November 2011 at Chelsea football club. The Awards are designed to celebrate and reward outstanding performance and innovation from across the lighting supply chain and as such entries can be made from anyone within the supply chain. The process is very straightforward, you simply download a form from the LUX Awards website - http://www.luxawards.co.uk/ and complete and submit it, complete with supporting evidence.
