Enter the New Energy Management and Innovation In Lighting (EMILAS) Award Scheme.EMILAS is a new Lighting Industry initiative designed to encourage the refurbishment of existing lighting installations. The awards will recognise lighting schemes which show proven energy savings, flexibility of usage and innovation and are open to anyone working within the Lighting Industry.
The catagories are:
A. Lighting of indoor work places - as given in BSEN 12464-1 [entry form]
B. Lighting of outdoor work places - as given in BSEN 12464-2 [entry form]
C Sports lighting - as given in BSEN 12193 [entry form]
D. Road and amenity lighting - as given in BS5489-1 and BSEN 13201 series. [entry form]
E. Building (facade) floodlighting - consideration to curfew and glare as given in BSEN
12464-2 [entry form]
F. Integral Lighting of Machines - as given in BSEN 1837 [entry form]
